Alliance is a County of Los Angeles Certified Local Small Business Enterprise (LSBE). Alliance was established in 2008 and has been providing continuous PM/CM services since its inception.
Our Services
Alliance specializes in Healthcare, Technology Projects, Central Plants, and Facility Reinvestment and Modernization. Our key staff have successfully completed two hospital seismic retrofit projects in occupied County Hospitals. Our capabilities and experience encompass all phases of construction from pre-planning, budgeting, and scheduling through design, bid and award, construction, commissioning, and move-in. In our role as owner's representative, we bring hands-on experience to completing projects in the most expedient and cost-efficient manner providing the highest value to our clients. Alliance managed buildings and infrastructure projects, both new and modernizations, exceeding a total value of $3 billion dollars within Los Angeles County.
